Easily reachable, spacious and complimentary parking with entrance to the towers from the Parking Lot. It can contain as many cars per occupant and still has enough space for visitors.

Car owners can easily access both Kofo Abayomi and Anifowoshe street from the parking lot through the exits on both corners of the compound.

Fittings, Furnishing & Finishings

All apartments and penthouses on parade has been finished to the highest standards featuring powder coated aluminum framed casement windows, mahogany wrap-round doors with exquisite locks, and matching skirting all through. The walls are finished in a variety of paint coats ranging from emulsion to texcoats, depending on the area of the house. All floors are finished in a variety of hard wearing vitrified tiles. The roof comes in oven-baked long span aluminum requiring no maintenance over the lifespan of the house.

DRAINAGES

Well-located manholes help transfer surface run off water to buried drainage pipes which in turn transfer to the main axial drainage channels of the site. The site area is well drained, assuring all of any possibility of overflows into any of the buildings.

REFUSE & WASTE DISPOSAL

The provision of specially planned refuse chutes in each of the towers means collections would be done collectively, thus payments will be made to a collecting service provider. All this will be handled by the managers of the development.
